Tower Cranes & Lifting
Sale of New & Used Towers & Construction Hoists
Supply of new Potain tower cranes from both the OEM’s European and Chinese manufacturing facilities. This includes tower cranes, self-erecting cranes and luffing jib cranes as well as special application cranes.
Rental of Tower Cranes & Construction Hoists
A comprehensive range of tower cranes is available for the rental market, not only in South Africa but also for other African countries. Should a specific crane not be readily available locally, the appropriate crane can be sourced from our reliable international partners.
Maintenance & Service of Cranes & Construction Hoists
Crane & Hoist Equipment has a wide range of knowledge on the Potain product and we offer our customers the best maintenance and service solution for their Potain tower crane fleet.
Spare Parts & Components
As the official Potain distributor, we have access to original Potain spare parts at the best possible price. We maintain a good stockholding of fast moving parts, and should a specific spare part not be available locally, we will get it from Potain France in a short lead time. Components for tower cranes can also be sourced from Potain as new or original used components, if needed.
Load Testing & Inspection Services
Crane & Hoist Equipment aligns itself with best practice procedures and complies with all legislation to perform load testing and certification of tower cranes. Our team of skilled Lifting Machine Inspectors (LMIs) leverage their extensive experience and knowledge to perform these tests and certification of tower cranes.
